How can I find the seafarer?
To find a needful seafarer go to section “Seafarers” in your NextShip account. Use our filter to enter required parameters.
How can I post a vacancy?
To post a new vacancy, go to the section “Vacancies” in your NextShip account. NOTE that first you need to proceed to “Vessel registration” tab to register your vessel. Just enter the vessel name/ IMO and NextShip will offer you this vessel from our database. Choose the vessel and press SAVE button.
In the future there is no need registering this vessel every time, NS platform will offer you this vessel and vessel’s details when you start entering the name in “Vacancy creation” tab.
Go to vacancy creation tab – choose the vessel name, all vessel details will be filled automatically. Fill in all required fields (Joining date, duration, period, etc) and press “SAVE” button.
Note – you can enable/disable the vacancy at any time.
How can I communicate with a seafarer?
NextShip is a platform which gives you the opportunity using additional mean of communication via our chat. Go to section “CHAT” in your account and start chatting.
What is the cost of Subscription for using NextShip platform.
Presently the usage is fully free.
Can we register several accounts for every manager?
Actually, you can register as many as you want, just need to use different email address. But there is an opportunity to register every single manager in 1 account and your account administrator will give the required access to every employee.
